 I’ve been riding horses for over 20 years and teaching for more than a decade. My journey began in West Nyack, New York, where I grew up riding Western Pleasure at my neighborhood barn. As a kid, I dreamed endlessly of having a horse of my own. At 15, under the mentorship of my trainer, Lisa Owen, I began teaching lessons — and quickly discovered that helping others grow in their horsemanship was just as rewarding as riding itself.

At 17, I moved to California and transitioned into the Hunter/Jumper world with All About Horses in Huntington Beach. Since then, I’ve explored nearly every discipline under the sun — from Dressage and Vaulting to Barrel Racing, Reining, and even Jousting. This diverse experience has deepened my appreciation for a well-rounded horse education, and I’ve traveled to clinics across the country to learn from trainers of all backgrounds. I firmly believe that in the horse world, you never stop learning.

Above all, I believe the horse comes first. I hold myself to the highest ethical standards in both equine care and business practices. Many of my horses have been adopted from neglectful situations or low-end auctions, and I take pride in giving them better lives. My goal is to share the joy of horses with others by offering quality, affordable lessons to those who share the same passion.

If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do.
